![]() I've contacted Amazon support, and they've said that they don't have anything in place that would prevent me from doing that, and they recommended I contact Microsoft. ![]() ![]() Just with a big black space on the video half. I do know that the more general screenshot function is working, because I have a pair of monitors, and the picture on the one that isn't playing video gets captured just fine, To capture video playing on Amazon Prime - I just get a picture of a black screen. I've just discovered that I can't get screenshots Or, more accurately, I have no leads on any possible solutions. I'm running into a pretty minor problem, but still a frustrating one in that I haven't figured out even where the problem is that I'm trying to solve.
